The Stech Group operates over 750,000 square feet of modern, secure, clean, food-grade, rail-served warehouse space in the Philadelphia area. With open space and racked environments, the space can accommodate most types of products. All buildings are central station monitored, equipped with fire sprinklers, and fenced to provide your goods the security deserved. The storage locations have rail service from two Class I railroads (Norfolk Southern and CSX) and access to CN and Canadian Pacific. All facilities are minutes from downtown Philadelphia business districts and have easy access to both north/south and east west major highways.
